The Department of Public and International Affairs at George Mason University offers a wide variety of graduate courses in nonprofit management. The nonprofit graduate courses are primarily designed for people currently employed in the nonprofit sector or who are considering a career in this sector. Nonprofit management courses can be taken as electives within the Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree program, or they can be taken as graduate certificate credit.
Currently, more than 300 graduate students are enrolled in the MPA degree program, with the nonprofit concentration and certificate as our top areas of interest. Graduate courses in nonprofit management are offered through two convenient venues: 1) in classroom sessions at the strategically located Arlington Campus of George Mason University, and 2) through online delivery.
